ICEYE is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the delivery of complex satellite mission programs end-to-end with deep technical ownership. You will serve as the technical authority and primary interface between customers and ICEYE's engineering, product, and operations teams, ensuring customer success, on-time execution, and scalable delivery excellence. Key responsibilities include: - Capturing, baselining, and flowing down customer technical requirements to engineering teams with full traceability from contract to delivery - Serving as a consistent, high-trust technical partnership point for customers throughout the program lifecycle - Planning and executing system integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure delivered capabilities meet mission and contractual requirements - Maintaining configuration and interface control across all mission segments (satellite, ground, networks, user interfaces) - Identifying and escalating technical risks, discrepancies, and gaps early through structured cross-functional coordination - Ensuring cross-functional technical alignment across software, hardware, operations, and QA teams - Delivering and maintaining technical documentation including CONOPS, ICDs, verification matrices, and acceptance reports Required qualifications: - 5+ years delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs in advanced technology environments (space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT) - Proven ability to own technical customer interfaces and manage senior stakeholders - Hands-on experience with requirements management, traceability, and configuration control across hardware, software, and system domains - Demonstrated involvement in system integration, V&V planning and execution, including acceptance testing - Strong cross-functional technical coordination skills - Experience with mission design software (STK, SaVoir, MONTE, GMAT) - Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences, including formal reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, DRR) - Engineering, systems engineering, computer science degree or related technical field - Must have or be able to obtain required security clearances Nice-to-have: Earth Observation/SAR/remote sensing experience, space mission systems or satellite ground segment background, government/defence customer experience, hardware/software integration knowledge, ESA program documentation familiarity, Master's degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, INCOSE CSEP). The role is based in Finland or Poland at ICEYE facilities with required travel to customer sites. This is a permanent, hybrid position reporting to the Mission Program Director.
