As Technical Program Manager, you'll serve as the critical bridge between customers and the Product and Engineering teams. You'll own complex technical customer inquiries end-to-end—from understanding customer objectives, investigating issues, coordinating with technical teams, to driving requests through resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning technical customer inquiries and escalations from initial request through resolution
- Developing deep knowledge of Higgsfield's products, models, APIs, capabilities, and technical workflows
- Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with Engineering and Product
- Translating customer questions and business requirements into clear technical problems and actionable next steps
- Communicating technical concepts, limitations, workarounds, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partnering with Engineering and Product to prioritize high-impact customer issues and ensure timely follow-through
- Identifying patterns across customer inquiries to surface product gaps, bugs, feature requests, and opportunities
- Building processes, documentation, and tooling to improve how technical customer requests are managed at scale
- Helping customers navigate complex use cases and maximize value from Higgsfield's technology
Required qualifications include strong technical fluency and ability to quickly understand complex products, APIs, and systems; experience in a technical customer-facing role (Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Developer Support, or similar); strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively across technical and business contexts; exceptional ownership and follow-through; strong prioritization skills in high-volume environments; and excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-have experience includes AI/ML and generative AI products, API and developer product support, debugging API requests and production issues, partnering with Product and Engineering on customer feedback, and experience at rapidly scaling tech companies.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, requiring three full days per week in the office with remaining days remote.
