As a Technical Program Manager, you will operate within the Engineering organization, leveraging technical knowledge to influence and drive cross-team projects and roadmaps. You will be an excellent communicator comfortable in a flat, fast-moving organization, collaborating to solve difficult challenges with high agility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery
- Partner closely with engineering and product leads to evolve product strategy and development
- Provide hands-on program management across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
- Drive internal process improvements within the team
- Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks
- Perform Scrum Master duties using agile methodologies and scrum practices
- Assist teams with understanding the agile and scrum framework
- Participate in and facilitate roadmapping, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and scrum of scrums
- Help teams balance dependencies between performance, efficiency, and product functionality
- Map dependencies and relationships between projects and teams, coordinating across organizations and verticals
- Communicate status and strategic vision to stakeholders and leadership
- Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in a product development environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
