Salary: USD 180,000 - 215,000 / annual
Momentus is an early-mover in in-space transportation and infrastructure services, commercializing space with a team of aerospace, propulsion, and robotics engineers. The company has developed a cost-effective and energy-efficient in-space transport system.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our Spacecraft Programs. You will identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major program roles, lead the establishment of integrated budget and schedule baselines, and monitor work accomplished against baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion meets program and product schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute spacecraft programs across the entire lifecycle: proposal development, kickoff, development, test, build, and launch
- Lead analysis of contractual requirements, prepare cost and time estimates, and identify associated risks and opportunities during business development and major program phases
- Manage Program Master Schedule for spacecraft programs from kickoff through Launch Mission Operations
- Manage Program Master Budgets and Risks, Issues, and Opportunities
- Manage cost, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements to ensure performance in support of contract milestones and system technical requirements
- Identify when issues need escalation and alert appropriate staff within the organization and programs
- Use proposal plans and strategies to implement executable, cohesive program plans
- Possess strong technical expertise

Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in aerospace or related engineering domains
- Experience managing complex spacecraft or aerospace programs across full lifecycle
- Proficiency in program scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
- Ability to manage technical, financial, and schedule performance metrics
- Experience with risk, issue, and opportunity management
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) required (position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services)
