Constantinople is building an AI-native banking platform that delivers a fully-managed software and AI operational solution for banks. The platform integrates customer experience, product, data, operations, compliance, and infrastructure into a single system, eliminating expensive infrastructure costs and replacing manual processes with AI at scale.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be central to executing product development and client implementation initiatives. You'll work across product, engineering, legal, compliance, service, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end project success in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead impactful programs aligned with Constantinople's mission to transform banking through AI
- Build roadmaps and establish processes that drive measurable outcomes for clients
- Enable cross-functional collaboration across internal teams
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives
- Manage changes in project scope while keeping the end-goal in focus
- Ensure smooth transitions from development through production to customer launch
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations within regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate multiple programs simultaneously
You'll be hands-on, execution-oriented, and technically driven. This role requires someone with a proven track record of delivering impact, strong delivery management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and initiative types in a fast-paced environment.
