As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional technical initiatives spanning engineering and product teams. Your core responsibilities include planning and executing complex technical programs, defining scope and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders, and developing detailed schedules with risk assessments and mitigation strategies. You will drive alignment across teams by identifying dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact programs. You'll communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders, while fostering continuous improvement through scalable processes and best practices. The role requires ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations, supporting technical decision-making on architecture and deployment strategies, and championing a culture of accountability and innovation. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of technical program management experience in software or cloud environments. You should have a proven track record managing large-scale cross-functional programs, strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and modern development frameworks are essential. Preferred qualifications include PMP or Scrum Master certification, technical background in software engineering or systems architecture, and experience in startup or high-growth environments.
