Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Maneuver Dominance - Enabling Technology team in London. The role focuses on developing aerial robotic systems and shared enabling capabilities (mission systems, perception, navigation, effectors, operator interfaces) that support coordinated autonomous systems operating with ground maneuver forces. As TPM for Enabling Technology in the UK, you will own capability areas end-to-end: shaping funding priorities, driving development, and transitioning capabilities into consuming programs. You'll lead cross-functional teams of hardware, software, and systems engineers, building and defending annual internal R&D submissions through senior leadership review. Key responsibilities include defining exit criteria for technical efforts to ensure clean transitions into program pipelines, serving as the primary liaison between technical teams, program stakeholders, and customers, and coordinating test events from hardware-in-the-loop simulation through live flight demonstrations on rotorcraft and uncrewed air systems. You'll develop deep understanding of mission requirements and technical concepts to identify dependencies, trade-offs, and risks at system interfaces. The role requires coordinating work jointly with US teams on shared baselines while ensuring nationally controlled elements are developed in-country, making early calls on which elements belong where. You'll proactively identify technical, programmatic, export control, and security risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issues to resolution. The position demands strong systems engineering expertise, experience with aerospace/defense applications, and proven ability to deliver complex solutions in highly regulated environments like UK MOD. Required: BEng/BSc/MEng in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering; 8+ years in engineering, systems integration, or technical program management; demonstrated experience owning program management for sophisticated hardware/software systems; strong technical aptitude and systems engineering knowledge; experience delivering work under export control and security classification; working knowledge of UK export control regimes (Military List, SPIRE, OGELs, F680) and handling of classified material; proven delivery in regulated environments; ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority; eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC level minimum).
