Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the growing Application Security program. You will work across security and engineering teams to structure, plan, and drive complex security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Application Security programs and initiatives across multiple teams
- Translate strategic priorities into clear plans with defined milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate work and manage dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders
- Identify risks and blockers, then drive them toward resolution
- Establish and improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting processes
- Clarify responsibilities and improve processes across the Application Security program
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate Application Security processes, including through effective use of AI
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management, project management, or similar role
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Working knowledge of software engineering and key Application Security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications) are a plus
