Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the growing Application Security program. You will drive complex cross-functional initiatives spanning security and engineering teams, translating strategic priorities into clear plans with defined milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving Application Security programs and initiatives across multiple teams
- Translating priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinating work and dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders
- Identifying risks and blockers and driving resolution
- Establishing and improving program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting
- Clarifying responsibilities and improving processes across the Application Security program
- Communicating program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Identifying opportunities to improve and automate Application Security processes, including through effective use of AI

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management, project management, or similar role
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Working knowledge of software engineering and key Application Security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications are a plus
