Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the growing Application Security program. You will work across security and engineering teams to structure, plan, and drive multiple initiatives that improve data resilience and security posture management.
In this role, you will drive Application Security programs and initiatives across multiple teams, translating organizational priorities into clear plans with defined milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes. You'll coordinate work and dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders, identifying risks and blockers and driving them toward resolution. You'll establish and improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting processes, while helping clarify responsibilities and improve workflows across the Application Security program.
You'll communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership, and continuously identify opportunities to improve and automate Application Security processes, including through effective use of AI tools. This is an individual contributor role focused on program coordination and execution rather than people management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management, project management, or similar role
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Working knowledge of software engineering and key Application Security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications are a plus
- Applicant must be permanently present in Poland
