Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual
Nimble Robotics is an AI robotics company building autonomous supply chain solutions. The company has raised over $220M at a $1B+ valuation and formed a strategic alliance with FedEx to develop a national network of autonomous warehouses. Nimble is training robot AGI to power a generalist supply chain superhumanoid capable of performing thousands of tasks across warehouses and fulfillment operations.
As Technical Product Manager II for Cloud Logistics, you will drive the development of Nimble's warehouse management software that powers robotic fulfillment operations. You'll own the product lifecycle for systems handling inventory tracking, order management, inbound receiving, pick/pack/sort task optimization, warehouse throughput optimization, and robotic fulfillment system integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and evaluating business, operations, and integration requirements from customer success, engineering, QA, leadership, and operations teams
- Analyzing data and defining KPIs to measure feature impact and iterate on insights to drive roadmap decisions
- Overseeing the complete product lifecycle from concept through design, testing, and deployment
- Serving as a subject matter expert on warehouse application metrics and contractual SLAs; creating reports and visualizations to communicate impact
- Communicating product context and requirements to engineering teams with clarity and precision
- Designing comprehensive test plans and conducting end-to-end feature testing with QA
- Developing and maintaining product documentation including integration workflows, specifications, test plans, SOPs, and release notes
- Training operations and customer success teams on owned features and supporting feature launches
- Creating low-fidelity mockups and designs to communicate requirements; collaborating with UI/UX on high-fidelity designs
The role requires close collaboration with warehouse operations, customer success, engineering, and leadership. Nimble embraces AI coding agents (Claude Code) to enable non-engineers to contribute directly to product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a technical product manager, solutions engineer, or in an engineering role
- Proven experience designing and integrating complex software systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience designing cloud services, web apps, and mobile apps
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency with REST APIs
- Critical thinking about how and why software systems fail
- Fast learner with strong work ethic and high ambition to make impact
- Team player with customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel to warehouses for one week every 3-4 months to support operations teams and shadow operations
