Wayve is building an AI platform for autonomous driving using end-to-end learning approaches. As Technical Product Manager for Development Vehicles, you will own the roadmap for Wayve's development and experimentation vehicle platforms—the software, hardware, and operations infrastructure that enables rapid iteration, experimentation, data collection, and deployment of new autonomous driving capabilities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the roadmap for development and experimentation vehicle platform features
- Gathering and prioritizing requirements across engineering, program management, and internal customers, translating them into clear workflows, specifications, and measurable success criteria
- Defining and tracking platform product KPIs to maintain visibility of current capabilities and roadmap
- Making product tradeoffs and managing stakeholder expectations across teams with competing priorities
- Coordinating cross-functional execution to resolve dependencies and deliver complex, interconnected capabilities
- Identifying opportunities to improve tooling and processes for debugging, deploying experiments, and accessing data
Key focus areas include:
- Development and experimentation platforms that enable faster experiments and deployments
- Scalable platform capabilities that drive reuse across reference vehicles and customer programs
- Developer and operational workflows that connect software, hardware, and operations
- Platform performance metrics and KPI-driven roadmap decisions
- Alignment between internal development environments and customer-operated workflows
This is a hands-on, high-trust role requiring strong systems thinking, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management. You'll work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities, bringing momentum and pragmatic focus on outcomes.
