Sarvam AI is India's leading full-stack AI company building sovereign AI infrastructure and foundational models for Indian languages, enterprise AI platforms, and voice-first AI agents. The company works with governments, enterprises, and developers across India. Sarvam Circle is the company's partner ecosystem, bringing systems integrators and consulting firms to deploy frontier AI across government, public institutions, enterprises, and MSMEs. This role owns the technical enablement and certification of partner engineers building on the Sarvam stack. You will be responsible for: - Owning technical relationships with partner firms, managing their certified capacity and the quality of their deliverables - Building and running the partner certification programme, defining what engineers must demonstrate before touching Sarvam deployments - Creating partner enablement assets: playbooks, tooling, training, and documentation that enable partner teams to build independently - Translating Sarvam's platform, models, and products into something partner engineering teams can effectively build with - Determining partner fit for engagements and orchestrating how work splits between partner and Sarvam engineers - Leading first co-delivered engagements with new partners and making readiness calls for independent execution - Owning review cadences with partners to track engagement progress, identify risks, and manage timeline changes - Maintaining quality standards across the partner base through scorecards and corrective action plans You bring 6+ years of experience, ideally with systems integrators or consulting firms. You are technical enough to review implementations, spot design flaws, and hold peer-level conversations with engineering leads. You have built capability at scale—enablement programmes, certification, or training that made others better and outlasted your involvement. You understand agentic AI, LLMs in production, evaluation frameworks, and what breaks at scale. You can teach these concepts to engineers new to agent development. You hold quality standards under pressure and are comfortable designing programmes from zero without templates or precedent.
