Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 / annual
Anduril Intelligence Systems is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to support specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community customers. This role combines hardware and software expertise to ensure seamless integration and operation of advanced defense systems.
You will serve as the primary technical resource for both field and remote support, working directly with customers to deploy and maintain critical national security capabilities. Key responsibilities include end-to-end system support spanning hardware setup, software configuration, pre-configuration and integration with program infrastructure, real-time troubleshooting with analytical problem-solving, authoring training documentation for end users and internal teams, and configuring/troubleshooting networking environments including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based systems.
Required qualifications include an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance (must be maintainable), strong Linux systems configuration and administration experience, knowledge of basic DC electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, capability to work independently in field settings while collaborating with customers and team members, a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience, willingness to travel up to 50%, proficiency with hands-on hardware assembly/repair/maintenance, and ability to meet health and medical requirements per DFARS and DoD regulations.
