Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join its Intelligence Systems division, which serves Intelligence Community customers with specialized engineering and advanced defense capabilities. This is an execution-focused role for a highly technical professional ready to own a critical, fast-growing defense account.
You will orchestrate system deployments by leading technical configuration, integration, and rollout of Anduril's AI-powered systems to military and intelligence operators. You'll design and deliver hands-on training to tactical operators, security personnel, and military stakeholders, ensuring high adoption and operational effectiveness.
A core responsibility is bridging the gap between field operations and engineering. You'll work directly with operators to understand workflow challenges, identify software issues, and translate real-world operational requirements back to engineering teams. This feedback loop is critical to improving the product and mission success.
You'll build trust-based relationships with military officers, technical stakeholders, and end-users, driving account success on the ground. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with program management, engineering, and legal teams to ensure seamless project delivery in a flat, fast-moving environment.
Required qualifications include a mission-first mindset, adaptability in unstructured environments, and strong collaboration skills. You must have relevant training experience with communications devices and operators, plus strong software and systems literacy—understanding IP networking, APIs, data integration, and system troubleshooting. Outstanding communication skills are essential for building rapport with both tactical operators and high-ranking military stakeholders. You must be willing to travel up to 20% and currently possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications include prior military service in tactical operations, signals, intelligence, or command-and-control roles, and a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
