Helsing is a defence AI company on a mission to protect democracies through technological leadership in AI. As a Technical-Logistical Support (TLB) Manager within the In-Service Support (ISS) discipline, you will plan and steer the technical and logistical support of deployed systems, ensuring they remain available, supportable, and mission-ready.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Plan and execute technical-logistical support strategies for systems in operation, applying ASD S-Series specifications to sustain platform availability and supportability
• Support procurement processes and apply public procurement and contract law fundamentals when engaging German public contracting authorities (öAG)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for öAG stakeholders, communicating clearly on support status, requirements, and deliverables in German
• Manage the critical interface between development and operations, connecting developmental support (ETB) with in-service realities
• Ensure technology reaches the field, stays sustained, and continues to protect the democracies Helsing serves
This role requires fluency in German for stakeholder engagement and procurement interactions. You will work with a mission-driven team of engineers, AI specialists, and programme managers who are committed to thoughtful development and deployment of powerful defence technologies.
