Deliveroo is seeking a Technical Integrations Manager to join the Express Integrations Team within the Technology organization. This hybrid role (3 days/week in London office) reports to a Senior Technical Integrations Manager and focuses on managing integration efforts and relationships across restaurant & grocery partners, external technology providers, and internal business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Detailed Planning: Manage pre-kickoff preparations, project kickoffs, comprehensive project plans with milestones, and all project communications to ensure successful product adoption with key accounts.
- Technical Integration Ownership: Own end-to-end technical integration of partners from initial integration through test planning, UAT, and production go-live. Work closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Create rollout plans specific to each project, establish go-live criteria, define stage owners, track and clear issues, and communicate progress to the wider business. Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies, and manage escalations throughout new product launches.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a critical liaison ensuring external and internal teams work toward shared goals. Manage communication and changes during product rollouts, advocating for all stakeholders to ensure adequate support.
- Process Optimization: Learn from every launch to improve speed and efficiency. Identify improvement opportunities and drive execution of required changes across product, engineering, business, and POS teams.
- Partner Feedback: Analyze and aggregate partner feedback on products and liaise with Product Management to assist in prioritization.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in Technical Integrations Management, Technical Programme Management, or similar roles. Must have technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong knowledge of API integration project lifecycles, SaaS configuration, data tools for troubleshooting, and Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Management. Excellent communication, organization, and project planning skills with demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
