Nuitée is building the API backbone for the global travel industry—a "Stripe for Travel" platform that connects hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses entering the travel market. The company has grown 10x since 2022, is already profitable, and recently raised a $48M Series A led by Accel. Nuitée works with industry leaders including Google, Hopper, Priceline, Grab, Sabre, and Walmart.
You will own the technical integration and support layer for enterprise API customers in the US, building this function from the ground up. Your responsibilities span the full customer lifecycle: implementation, launch, and optimization of complex API integrations. You'll work directly with major enterprise customers, stay close to Product and Engineering teams, and shape how technical integration and support scales as the customer base grows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning technical relationships with enterprise API customers across implementation, launch, and optimization phases
- Diagnosing whether customer issues stem from product gaps, integration problems, configuration issues, documentation gaps, or misunderstandings
- Translating repeated customer pain points into clear, actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
- Making technical onboarding and support more repeatable while maintaining speed and trust
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and knowing when to escalate, push back, or feed insights into product development
- Building repeatable processes and structure for the function while doing hands-on work yourself
You'll have a broader scope than typical API integration roles: hands-on technical problem-solving, enterprise customer ownership, product influence, commercial visibility, and the opportunity to build the function around your approach. The role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical support, and product feedback.
Nuitée operates with low process overhead and high trust. The company is fast-moving and values ownership and adaptability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software products
- Proven ability to own technical relationships with enterprise customers across implementation, launch, and optimization
- Experience working closely with customers on technical troubleshooting, onboarding, pre-sales, post-sales, or integration support
- Ability to explain technical problems clearly to engineers, product people, account managers, and customer stakeholders
- Judgment about when to troubleshoot, when to push back, when to escalate, and when to feed insights into Product
- Ownership mindset and adaptability to build a function while doing the work yourself
