OneTrust is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to join its rapidly growing team in Atlanta. As a key bridge between OneTrust and its customers, you will be responsible for implementing the AI-Ready Governance Platform and driving customer success post-sale.
In this role, you will configure and implement solutions across multiple technical modules, including third-party system integrations (APIs and connectors), Power BI reporting and visualization dashboards, and general platform configuration (SSO, user provisioning, system setup). You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, managing their implementation journey and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with the platform.
Your responsibilities include working directly with customers to enhance their user experience, identifying product improvement opportunities, and relaying feedback between customers and OneTrust's product teams. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring implementations are delivered on time and meet expectations.
The role requires technical acumen in platform configuration, API integration, and data visualization tools, combined with excellent communication skills to translate customer needs into technical solutions. You will work across OneTrust's technical modules and collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and drive product enhancements based on real-world usage patterns.
