Exa is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to build and scale the enablement function for their GTM organization. You'll own technical enablement for both Account Executives and Field Development Engineers, designing onboarding programs and ongoing skill-building initiatives that keep pace with rapid team growth.
Key responsibilities include designing and running technical onboarding for new AEs and FDEs with real fluency, not just familiarity. You'll own everboarding enablement including product training, update briefings, and skill-building tied to real deal scenarios. You'll translate new platform capabilities into field-ready content within days of launch, including technical objection handling, quick-reference guides, and demo scenarios across industries and personas.
You'll coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours, and build a comprehensive library of enablement content including demo guides, competitive positioning, hands-on labs, and reference materials for both technical and sales audiences. A critical part of the role is building infrastructure that scales enablement without requiring your presence in every session—self-service resources, demo environments, and content-freshness automation.
You'll close the loop with product and product marketing by bringing field signal on where sellers get stuck and what would unlock deals. You'll track content usage and session feedback to understand what's working and what to retire. The role emphasizes using AI tools to build smarter workflows and move faster in both your own work and what you build for the team.
This is a founding enablement hire—you'll be building from scratch with no inherited playbook, moving fast in a rapidly scaling GTM organization. You report to the Head of Revenue Enablement.
