Ping Identity is seeking a Technical Enablement Associate to support the development and delivery of technical enablement programs for the Sales Engineering organization, Partner Pre-sales, and go-to-market teams. This role combines hands-on technical work with program coordination and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Learning Ping products and identity and access management (IAM) concepts, applying knowledge to enablement activities
- Configuring, testing, and troubleshooting demo, lab, and proof-of-concept environments; documenting setup procedures and known issues
- Creating and updating technical enablement materials including quick-start guides, lab instructions, walkthroughs, presentations, and recorded content
- Executing test cases, validating product workflows, documenting defects, and communicating findings to technical stakeholders
- Supporting onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and live/virtual events through demos, hands-on exercises, logistics, and follow-up
- Assisting the Technical Enablement Program Manager with task tracking, schedules, meeting preparation, content publishing, documentation, reporting, and feedback collection
- Minimal travel (up to 10%) for events; standard work hours Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with flexibility for global business needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field, or 5+ years equivalent experience
- 1+ years in customer-facing or communication-focused roles
- Basic programming/scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, Java, Bash, PowerShell)
- Foundational IT, cybersecurity, cloud, web application, API, or IAM knowledge
- Practical AI fluency and experience using AI tools for productivity and technical content creation
- Ability to follow technical procedures, troubleshoot using logs, identify issues, and escalate appropriately
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and ownership
Advantage qualifications:
- Exposure to SSO, MFA, orchestration, identity governance, authorization, identity verification, or related IAM concepts
- Experience building or supporting demos, labs, sandboxes, proof-of-concept environments, or technical workshops
