You will serve as a key technical resource and trusted advisor, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful program launches and ongoing adoption.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of security programs, driving ongoing technical program execution through structured engagements including kickoff meetings and program reviews, and acting as the primary technical point of contact during program launches. You will provide guidance on vulnerability triage, communication workflows, and integration best practices while ensuring smooth transitions and early customer success.
You'll collaborate closely with Customer Experience Managers and sales teams to align technical delivery with customer expectations, manage program timelines and dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate potential delays. You must have knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-facing mindset is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
Preferred experience includes creating documentation and policies (blogs, collateral, etc.) and familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash) to automate tasks and workflows. This is a 100% remote position.
