Altana is an AI-powered platform that helps governments and businesses build a more resilient and secure global economy through trusted trade networks. We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (also referred to as Technical Account Manager) to manage customer success for our public sector clients.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for public sector customers, responsible for guiding them through effective platform adoption and ensuring they realize measurable value from Altana's solutions. You will manage end-to-end customer deployments, become a power user of the Atlas platform, and support customers in identifying and addressing supply chain risk, trade enforcement, and trade facilitation use cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing successful customer deployments and technical work streams from end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and effective communication
- Becoming a power user of the Atlas platform and supporting public sector customers in rapidly achieving value
- Owning customer relationships, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and relaying data-driven insights to internal teams
- Responding to user support queries and building scalable processes for the TAM function
- Synthesizing and communicating customer feedback to the product and engineering teams
- Coordinating specification of new or expanded features through deep collaboration with Product & Engineering
- Working with Implementation Engineering and Sales Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating with Account Executives to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution to connect day-to-day account management with broader commercial and product goals
- Developing expertise in how governments and enterprises can leverage technology for supply chain and trade solutions
This is a hybrid role based in London (Holborn office) with flexibility, though candidates must be within commuting distance.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of customer management, technology consulting, or general technology delivery experience, ideally involving government stakeholders
- Comfort working with both software engineers and data scientists as well as non-technical customer stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data or technology concepts to new audiences
- History of successfully expanding technical accounts year-over-year or leading complex software projects to successful outcomes
- Strong ability to establish positive relationships and influence others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, balancing approachability with persistence
- Open to feedback and thrives on cross-functional collaboration
- Good judgment and willingness to dive into detailed work to achieve team objectives
- Eligible and willing to obtain a UK Security Check (SC) clearance, or already holding an active clearance
Nice to have:
- Active UK Security Check (SC) clearance
- Experience working with public sector customers in the UK and overseas
- Supply chain or logistics industry experience
- Experience conducting self-directed data analysis using SQL or similar languages
