Zscaler is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Professional Services team in Bangalore. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Professional Services, SecOps, you will own the end-to-end success of customer deployments for the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform—a cloud-native SASE security solution protecting thousands of enterprises globally.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle, orchestrating cross-functional resources and coordinating with internal technical teams to deliver seamless, secure outcomes. You will define and track success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines to keep projects on schedule and maximize customer value. You will cultivate deep relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and timely completion of deliverables. You will navigate and resolve complex account escalations by mobilizing internal resources and technical experts to achieve swift resolution. You will maintain rigorous documentation and project tracking while educating customers on onboarding tools and post-sales support processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional project management experience
- Technical literacy in security fundamentals including firewalls, proxies, and web security gateways
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with proven ability to lead and facilitate large-scale customer presentations
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Project Management (PMP) certification
- Experience navigating the fast-paced environment of the cybersecurity or SaaS industry
