As Technical Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer implementation experience, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of Legora's platform. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementations and early adoption phases, managing the full lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and post-rollout support. Key responsibilities include: - Leading integration projects with structured project management, owning technical documentation, test plans, and rollout execution - Configuring and supporting customer environments including SSO, DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), and API-based connections - Providing dedicated post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting advanced issues and driving customer satisfaction - Delivering technical training and guidance to customer teams on configuration, workflows, and best practices - Coordinating across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth rollouts - Feeding implementation insights back to product and engineering to improve future deployments You bring proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical roles. You have strong hands-on expertise with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations. You excel at project management, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and building trusted relationships across customer and internal teams. You're comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. French language proficiency is advantageous but not required.
