Hyperbound is an AI-powered Revenue Activation Platform (agentic OS for sales) that helps sales teams manage complex deals through AI agents that understand conversations, provide real-time coaching, and take action to move deals forward. The company emerged from YC S23, raised a $15M Series A in October 2025, and is growing 20% month-over-month, trusted by companies like LinkedIn, Amazon, Bloomberg, Supabase, Monday.com, Notion, and Vanta.
In this role, you will own a book of 25–40 mid-market customers (generating $20k–$100k+ ARR each) and serve as their day-to-day point of contact at Hyperbound. Your primary responsibilities are to get customers live on the platform and drive adoption so their sales reps actively use the product.
Key responsibilities include:
• Implementation: Own the full project plan from kickoff through first live cohort, including rollout design, integrations setup, SSO/SCIM configuration, admin training, and launch coordination.
• Adoption: Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, feature demos, and behavior-change initiatives to ensure reps practice with the platform and managers coach effectively.
• Technical support: Serve as first-line support—discover issues on calls, reproduce bugs, file clean tickets, and solve problems within the UI or via playbooks yourself before escalating.
• Voice of the customer: Gather feedback from your accounts and ensure it reaches the product team.
• Health monitoring: Track active users, caller counts, and implementation milestones to identify at-risk accounts weeks before renewal conversations.
• Commercial signals: Spot expansion and renewal risks, log them, and hand them to the expansion Account Manager (you do not own pricing, negotiation, or renewal paper).
• Responsiveness: Maintain fast communication on Slack, tickets, and email.
This is an individual contributor role where you work independently with customers—bringing a second person to meetings is the exception, not the rule. You are not responsible for sales, pricing, or commercial negotiations; retention and customer success are your focus.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical comfort: ability to read logs, reproduce bugs, work through configuration, and explain technical issues clearly to both customers and engineers (you do not need to be an engineer).
• Sales operations knowledge: broad understanding of how sales teams operate, including quotas, onboarding, and coaching cadences.
• Ownership mindset: you remove blockers yourself rather than routing customers to other teams.
• Account management at scale: ability to manage ~40 accounts and treat them differently based on their needs.
• Highly preferred: background in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM ops; experience rolling out tools or methodologies to sales teams; experience implementing or administering Hyperbound or similar sales coaching platforms.
