As Technical Content Delivery Manager on the Solutions Engineering Enablement team, you will own the end-to-end strategy, curation, and architecture of technical enablement assets for the global SE organization. Reporting to the Director of SE Enablement, you will manage Verkada's HighSpot LMS as the single source of truth for field readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
**LMS Data Architecture & Ownership**: Design and govern the foundational data organization and folder structure aligned with Verkada's product matrix (Command, Cameras, Access Control, Environmental Sensors, Alarms, Workplace, Intercom, Audio). Optimize HighSpot as the authoritative repository for the global SE team.
**Multi-Tiered Learning Delivery**: Structure and deliver targeted content across three modalities—onboarding (New Learn) for accelerated time-to-productivity, continuous education (Re-Learn) for skill refreshers and technical deep-dives, and just-in-time learning for deal-specific proof points and customer meeting preparation.
**AI Collaboration & Search Optimization**: Partner with IT and Data teams to implement AI best practices, automated tagging, and semantic search within HighSpot. Ensure technical documentation, demo scripts, and training assets are contextually discoverable based on real-time field queries.
**Advanced Analytics & Reporting**: Own metrics, dashboards, and performance analysis for all LMS content. Track search behavior, consumption patterns, and asset utilization to identify high-impact material and operational skill gaps.
**Content Lifecycle Governance**: Establish deprecation workflows to remove outdated assets. Implement structured field feedback mechanisms including instant validation (thumbs up/down) and formal correction pipelines for technical accuracy and grammatical errors.
You bring 5+ years of technical enablement, content management, or content architecture experience in enterprise SaaS, IoT, hardware, or networking. You have strong technical foundation in cloud networking, enterprise IT infrastructure, and physical security platform architecture. Direct hands-on experience administering enterprise LMS platforms (HighSpot preferred) is required. You demonstrate proven collaboration with IT, data science, and engineering teams.
