Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. This Technical Consultant role focuses on Enterprise customers running Microsoft Dynamics F&O, serving as the primary technical liaison between complex, high-impact customers and Ramp's internal teams. You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for Enterprise accounts, designing solutions that address customer needs through Ramp and partner integrations. Key responsibilities include: serving as primary technical advisor for Enterprise F&O accounts with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments; assessing customer requirements and proposing scalable solutions involving F&O, HRIS, and API integrations; partnering with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to drive implementations and expansion opportunities; conducting technical discovery to understand customer F&O environments and recommend optimal Ramp architecture; troubleshooting Dynamics F&O integration blockers and guiding customers through complex configuration decisions; and influencing Ramp's product roadmap by channeling F&O customer pain points to Product and Engineering teams. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, and implementation specialists to ensure faster time-to-value and customer success. The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics F&O (financials modules, integration patterns, enterprise deployment), accounting workflows (GL, AP, Subledger, multi-org structures), APIs, and system architecture. You'll translate complex technical solutions into business value, advise on non-standard implementations and edge cases, and balance customer needs with platform scalability. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you'll directly influence how enterprise finance teams manage billions in spend.
