Advantive builds purpose-built software for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses, helping customers streamline complex processes, optimize operations visibility, and drive profitability and revenue growth. The software solutions address the full manufacturing and distribution lifecycle for customers including corrugated and packaging manufacturers, equipment and supply wholesale distributors, and automotive and specialty manufacturers.
As a Technical Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of software solutions that significantly improve client operations. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Gathering client requirements and designing tailored solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Delivering high-quality software implementations with rigorous testing and validation, aligned with strategic business goals
• Accelerating project timelines through proactive problem-solving and rapid adaptation to new technologies and processes
• Strengthening strategic client relationships and driving continuous process improvements through effective communication and portfolio knowledge
• Traveling globally to customer sites for system integration, troubleshooting, and training
You will be deeply embedded in customers' businesses, understanding their needs intimately and delivering solutions that have been refined over decades in the marketplace. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, adaptability to changing environments, and a disciplined approach to project management with high standards of quality and efficiency.
