AlertMedia is a Risk Intelligence and Response platform that helps organizations protect their people, operations, and brand by detecting emerging threats, assessing impact, and enabling confident response. The company is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to support the growing EMEA Customer Success organization.
This role operates within the Technical Solutions team, which serves as a liaison between Customer Success, Development, and Product. You will provide technical consulting to Customer Success Managers and customers on technical integrations, import configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the trusted technical advisor for assigned accounts, understanding their business goals and how AlertMedia solutions support them
- Serving as the customer's long-term technical advocate throughout the customer lifecycle
- Providing proactive technical guidance and support from implementation through renewal
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Owning and managing technical escalations to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Conducting regular account reviews and roadmap sessions to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment
- Driving internal process improvements, documentation updates, and product feedback and enablement
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical account management or customer success role, strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing software company environment and be motivated by helping customers succeed with the platform.
