Salary: USD 105,000 - 135,000 / annual

As a Technical Account Manager on the Customer Success team, you will own the end-to-end relationship with assigned customers, ranging from enterprise fintechs to credit unions. Your responsibilities include leading customer onboarding with precision, optimizing platform usage, identifying expansion opportunities, and providing technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Own overall customer relationships and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Support customers through implementation, day-to-day operations, renewal, and growth phases
- Provide technical guidance during implementation and new product rollouts
- Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with Account Managers and Head of Success
- Analyze performance metrics and strategize optimizations
- Identify new use cases and work with Sales to unlock growth opportunities
- Contribute to department processes and documentation
You'll work hands-on from day one in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment where your impact is visible and your contributions are recognized. The role requires understanding complex technical systems (APIs, databases) and finding creative solutions to ambiguous problems. You'll build authentic relationships with decision-makers and coordinate multiple stakeholders on both sides of customer relationships.
The position is based in New York City with occasional travel (10-20%). This is an excellent opportunity to shape customer success processes at a well-funded, high-growth fintech company.
