Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the post-sales technical partner for Trustpilot's most complex and high-value customers, acting as the bridge between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing technical onboarding and API integration for assigned customers, serving as the primary technical contact post-launch to ensure performance and uptime, and managing issue escalation and resolution for critical incidents. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to monitor product adoption and ensure customers fully leverage Trustpilot's technical capabilities. You'll represent customer technical needs to Product and Engineering teams, driving prioritization of key issues and improvements. Additional duties include maintaining technical records and documentation, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Success teams, and surfacing recurring issues and improvement ideas to enhance platform reliability. You'll manage multiple complex customers simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders. You should have experience in technical account management, implementation, or solution support within SaaS environments, with a solid understanding of APIs, web integrations, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, REST). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Experience with Salesforce, ticketing systems, and analytics tools is required. Familiarity with the digital advertising or search marketing industry is preferred. You'll be customer-centric, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing enterprise clients alongside internal engineering teams.
