Razorpay is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the technical relationship with its most strategic global enterprise customers. This role combines reactive excellence—managing high-priority incidents and escalations through resolution—with proactive account health monitoring and advisory. In the reactive capacity, you will own incidents end-to-end, coordinating across Engineering, SRE, Product, Risk, and Operations teams. You establish ownership, timelines, and next steps; drive through resolution and root-cause analysis; and communicate complex technical issues to customer engineering teams and C-level stakeholders during live outages. You meet contractual SLAs without exception and serve as the single point of technical accountability, ensuring no critical issue falls between teams. Proactively, you will build and maintain detailed technical account plans for each assigned customer, understanding their payment architecture, integrations, transaction flows, and critical business journeys. You continuously monitor account health by analyzing ticket trends, API error patterns, recurring issues, and reliability signals to identify risks before they escalate. You conduct technical health reviews, present findings and remediation plans, and partner with CSM and Account teams to incorporate technical health into quarterly business reviews and account strategy. You will prepare customers for launches, peak traffic events, migrations, and major releases through readiness assessments and proactive capacity planning. Success is measured by reducing repeat incidents over time and driving fewer avoidable escalations, not by ticket volume. Razorpay is India's leading full-stack fintech company, processing $180+ billion in annualized transactions and powering businesses like Airbnb, Zomato, Swiggy, and over 100 Indian unicorns. The company has raised over $740 million from investors including GIC, Peak XV Partners, Tiger Global, and Salesforce Ventures, and operates across India, Singapore, and Malaysia.
