The Tech Ops team keeps Marshmallow's corporate technology running smoothly, supporting colleagues with devices, access, and daily tools while improving and automating operational work. You'll work across the organization solving technology problems from initial report through resolution, alongside delivering projects that enhance technology deployment, security, and employee experience. Key responsibilities: - Own and resolve first- and second-line technical issues across macOS, Windows, SaaS applications, identity, networking, and office technology - Manage the technology experience for employee joiners, movers, and leavers, including device deployment, access provisioning, and equipment lifecycle management - Administer and improve endpoint and identity platforms (Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Okta) - Own and improve Budapest office technology, including networks, meeting-room AV, printers, and workplace systems - Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and automate or simplify them - Deliver Tech Ops projects independently from problem identification through implementation and documentation - Maintain clear documentation, improve self-service capabilities, and collaborate with Information Security on secure configurations and device-management standards You'll be part of a lean team in Budapest, working independently while knowing when to escalate. The role emphasizes ownership, continuous improvement, and proactive optimization of IT service delivery. REQUIREMENTS: Must Have: - Proven business IT experience managing Apple devices with strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, security and compliance considerations - Ability to identify inefficiencies, drive continuous improvements, and optimize IT service delivery proactively - Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions - Clear communication and collaboration skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams and building trusted stakeholder relationships Nice to Have: - Administrative knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack - Experience with Jamf or equivalent device management tools, and Okta or equivalent identity and access management tools - Experience with Cisco wired and wireless networks or equivalent networking technologies, and managing/troubleshooting AV equipment - Experience using automation to improve IT processes - Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, IT audits, IT governance, and compliance processes Note: You do not need experience with every tool or technology used; the company supports candidates with strong technical fundamentals and willingness to learn.
