Zoox is developing an autonomous mobility solution from the ground up, and the Vehicle Operations team is critical to scaling this ambitious initiative. As Team Lead for Vehicle Operations, you will manage a team of Vehicle Operators who are field experts in tools, features, and workflows related to vehicle operations. Your responsibilities include coordinating and streamlining processes to ensure your team executes both short-term and long-term operational targets while maintaining Zoox's high standards for software and hardware testing. You will be a hands-on leader, working daily alongside your team and setting an example of discipline and safety. The role requires close collaboration with other leaders within the Vehicle Operations organization and cross-functional interaction with program management, strategy, vehicle engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will help translate operations data into actionable insights, ensure effective communication between development and operations teams, and inform key decisions that support the organization's scaling efforts.
