Key responsibilities include:
• Lead strategic sourcing for enterprise SaaS and IT categories, owning net-new purchases and complex, high-spend renewals through documented, collaborative evaluation processes with advance action planning.

• Create pricing models based on vendor proposals to quantify various buying scenarios related to future growth and current demand.
• Manage and develop direct reports, with opportunity to grow and lead a larger sourcing team as the function scales.
• Coach teams to independently evaluate best practices and adopt a value-driven mindset when purchasing on behalf of the organization.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in strategic sourcing with documented negotiated savings; deep experience in IT hardware supply chain (laptops, networking, office AV) including OEM/distributor management, inventory planning, global logistics, and scalable replenishment; experience at high-growth companies; ability to analyze and present complex data to executives; strong organizational and project management skills; proven stakeholder partnership track record; proficiency in cost analysis related to growth and demand; experience managing or mentoring procurement talent or clear readiness for people leadership; Bachelor's degree in a related field.
