The company has 750+ employees, raised $240M in Series E funding, and recently acquired Stessa, RentPrep, Mynd, and took an ownership stake in Casago to expand its platform across long-term and short-term rental services. As Team Lead for Property Management, you will oversee a team of property managers for a designated portfolio, driving accountability across performance, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll manage complex, evolving challenges while maintaining investor expectations and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities include: overseeing property manager teams aligned with investor goals; delivering exceptional customer service; resolving complex problems and escalations; advocating internally for investor objectives (revenue maximization, cost reduction); implementing quality control checks; building team culture and strong cross-departmental relationships; standardizing SOPs and policies; collaborating with product and technology teams; conducting performance reviews; and embracing innovation through testing and feedback. Required qualifications: active Real Estate License; Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; 3+ years people management experience; 7+ years in operations, real estate, customer service, or account management preferred; prior property management, cost management, or revenue management experience required; exceptional attention to detail; excellent communication; self-driven and intrinsically motivated; ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments; tech-savvy. Travel requirement: minimum 10% within assigned area; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Role is hybrid, based remotely from Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Raleigh, NC with travel for training and offsites.
