The Tasker Operations Manager role is critical to the company's managed marketplace strategy, focusing on supply health, Tasker retention, and revenue growth across assigned metropolitan areas.
In this position, you will own specific metro markets and drive key performance metrics including invoices, revenue, and supply alignment. You'll serve as the regional face of Taskrabbit to Taskers, acting as a subject-matter expert on local market dynamics and Tasker performance trends.
Key responsibilities include: analyzing supply data and taking targeted actions to improve supply health, booking conversion, and Tasker quality across the entire lifecycle (activation, billing, retention, churn); providing performance coaching to Taskers in group and individual settings; growing participation in scaled lifecycle programs; using data-driven insights to identify gaps and recommend cross-functional improvements; designing and leading experiments to improve supply alignment; maintaining product expertise and validating bug reports; leading community engagement through office hours, workshops, and social events; and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Customer Support, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial Operations teams.
You will demonstrate strong data fluency to communicate performance insights to leadership, share learnings with the global Tasker Operations team, and travel up to 10% for metro-specific and team events. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively engage with diverse Tasker communities.
The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in-office collaboration at the San Francisco office. You should be based in San Francisco or within commutable distance.
