OLIPOP is a Series C beverage company on a mission to positively impact consumer health through functional soda—products with 6-9g of fiber and 2-5g of sugar that taste great without sacrificing nutrition.
The Target Customer Planning Manager will drive sales efficiency through strategic insights and cross-functional collaboration. This role sits at the intersection of field sales, revenue growth management, and demand planning, ensuring consistent and aligned sales strategies across the Target account.
Key responsibilities include:
**Forecasting:** Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecasts. Build predictive models to guide inventory and supply chain decisions.
**Promotional Planning:** Design, track, and optimize promotional campaigns in collaboration with Target and internal teams. Measure ROI and effectiveness of promotional efforts to maximize sales impact and profitability.
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Partner with field sales teams, revenue growth management, and demand planning to align strategies and execute flawlessly. Build strong internal and external relationships with Target stakeholders.
**Analytics & Insights:** Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable recommendations to improve sell-through, market share, and customer satisfaction.
**Account Management:** Serve as a strategic partner to Target, understanding their business priorities and translating them into OLIPOP initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience managing Target relationships, proven forecasting and promotional planning expertise, and excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities. A passion for the OLIPOP mission and consumer health is a plus. While candidates based in Minnesota or surrounding areas are prioritized, remote candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
