Legora is an AI-native legal workspace used by 1,000+ customers globally, including top law firms and enterprises. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and grown from 40 to 900+ employees in 18 months. You will own the administration and optimization of Ashby, Legora's ATS (Applicant Tracking System), which powers the entire hiring engine. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Operations, you'll be responsible for keeping the system clean, reliable, and scalable as the company continues rapid global expansion. Key responsibilities include: - Systems Administration: Configure and maintain workflows, automations, and permissions in Ashby to align with evolving talent team processes. - Data Integrity: Ensure candidate and role data remain clean and consistent, enabling reliable reporting across the organization. - Integration Management: Collaborate with the People Tech team to optimize integrations between Ashby and the broader tech stack; recommend new tools or consolidations. - Data & Insights: Build dashboards that answer critical leadership questions—time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health by role—that drive weekly decision-making. - Training & Enablement: Serve as the primary Ashby expert for the talent team; run onboarding for new hires. - Process Improvement: Identify automation and workflow simplification opportunities as the team scales. You bring hands-on Ashby administration experience at a high-growth tech scale-up, with proven ability to configure workflows, manage automations, and maintain data quality at scale. You've built reporting dashboards that hiring leaders rely on weekly, resolved system issues independently, and shaped tech stacks with intention. You understand the platform deeply and can troubleshoot issues without escalating to engineers. The role is based in Legora's Union Square office in NYC, with a collaborative, in-person environment. You'll partner with teams across Europe, APAC, and North America. The company offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401k match, unlimited PTO), and a mission-driven culture focused on excellence and impact.
