Wrapbook is an AI-powered production finance platform trusted by Netflix, Paramount, and other major studios. This Systems & Business Analyst role sits within Client Operations, bridging business needs and technical systems. You'll own the space between the business and its systems, defining how work should run and building toward that vision. Your primary focus is becoming an expert in how Support, Customer Success, and Operations teams actually work, then translating that into clear requirements and well-scoped projects aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities break down as: 40% discovery, requirements gathering, and business immersion (team meetings, workflow learning, spec writing, pushing back on unvetted requests); 40% light system work and ownership (Salesforce configuration including reports, dashboards, simple flows, field updates; triage; roadmap ownership for non-Salesforce tools like Zoom Contact Center, Calendly, Zapier; increasingly AI-built solutions); 20% coordination, communication, and roadmap management. You own business immersion and problem intake, authoring requirements and light Salesforce configuration. You partner with an AI Ops colleague in a two-person pod to decide whether fixes require Salesforce changes, automation, or AI agents. You manage the roadmap and prioritization for your pod's tools and drive systems enablement across your function. You do not build without scoping, take build orders directly from business teams, or handle heavy Salesforce development, object modeling, or integration contracts. Success means defining clear scope and definition of done for every build, surfacing problems worth solving before they're filed, shipping outcomes with your AI Ops partner that neither could achieve alone, and having the workflows and tools knowledge to guide teams forward. You'll need high agency, 6+ years in business analyst/ops/systems roles (ideally high-volume), high Salesforce fluency with admin certification preferred, evidence of building beyond CRM (automation, AI agents, scripting, integrations), strong discovery instincts, ability to get productive in unfamiliar systems quickly, real project management discipline, clear direct communication (including pushing back on senior leaders), and an AI-first, automation-first mindset.
