M0 is modular stablecoin infrastructure enabling businesses to launch customizable stablecoins with independent layers for application, distribution, and issuance. The company is Series B funded and operates a distributed, global team.
You will report directly to the CTO and own the health, security, and reliability of M0's internal IT and infrastructure systems. This role sits at the intersection of IT operations, identity and access management, and internal tooling. You will be the first point of contact for employee hardware provisioning, SaaS access, network and endpoint security, and internal systems uptime. The ideal candidate operates independently in a small, fast-moving team, managing a modern cloud workplace stack end to end while keeping access controls audit-ready.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding: hardware provisioning, account creation and deprovisioning, and access revocation
- Own endpoint management and security posture across company laptops
- Manage network infrastructure for office and remote access, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall rules
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement
- Implement and enforce access control policies aligned with SOC 2 and other compliance requirements
- Monitor system uptime and respond to internal IT tickets and incidents
- Support internal audits and security reviews with documentation and evidence
- Evaluate and roll out new internal tools as the company scales
You will work in a truly global, remote-first environment with optional access to hubs in NYC or Berlin. The company values self-directed operators who document clearly, think security-first, prioritize service, and solve problems pragmatically for a ~40-person distributed team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar role
- Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus an SSO/identity provider
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: VPN, DNS, firewalls, and Wi-Fi
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to fintech or crypto, particularly SOC 2
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in the digital asset or crypto space
- Experience at a startup or scaling company (Series A–C)
- Experience supporting a distributed, remote-first workforce
- Prior exposure to fintech or another regulated industry
- Flexibility in working hours to support a global remote team
