Aviso, a leading Canadian wealth management organization, is seeking a System Access Administrator to join its Information Technology team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technology Support Services, this role is responsible for managing access to enterprise systems, particularly the Broadridge/Dataphile platform, for both internal employees and external partners.
Key responsibilities include provisioning, modifying, and revoking user access across enterprise systems and applications based on approved requests. You will administer user access provisioning and de-provisioning, implement role-based access controls (RBAC), and maintain access management policies and procedures. The role involves supporting periodic user access reviews and attestations, monitoring and auditing access logs for compliance with internal and external regulations, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
You will collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure timely and accurate access changes, manage escalations for high-priority requests, and meet defined SLAs for access fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting access-related issues, supporting end-users, and contributing to continuous improvement of identity and access management (IAM) processes and workflows.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 3+ years in system access administration, IAM, or IT operations. You must have experience in regulated or enterprise environments, strong understanding of RBAC and least privilege principles, and familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or LDAP. Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID) and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) is required. Broadridge/Dataphile experience is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include ITIL processes knowledge, ServiceNow experience, and IAM certifications. Fluency in English is required; French bilingual skills are an asset.
