Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual
Grace Hill is seeking a Survey Program Manager to own the end-to-end client experience for annual survey programs. This role manages the complete lifecycle from client onboarding through results delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for survey program execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Implementation & Onboarding: Partner with clients to gather requirements, define success criteria, and build tailored program plans. Lead platform setup, configuration, and customization. Conduct administrator training focused on adoption and best practices.
Annual Program Delivery: Manage end-to-end execution of survey programs from launch through reporting and analysis. Become proficient in survey project types and adjacent solutions (Realync, HelloData). Manage recurring annual cycles in partnership with Customer Success, making strategic recommendations to improve outcomes year over year.
Results Presentation & Advisory: Present survey results in 60-minute webinars or in-person sessions to senior client audiences. Communicate platform value through a consultative approach, positioning capabilities against client-specific challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients toward measurable business outcomes using case studies, benchmarks, and data-backed recommendations.
Project Management & Coordination: Develop and manage detailed program timelines across concurrent client cycles. Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and track key delivery metrics. Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery. Escalate blockers with proposed solutions and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years in SaaS implementation, survey delivery, project management, or client onboarding. Demonstrated ability to present data confidently to senior/executive audiences. Strong consultative communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programs and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with CRM and project management software (Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet) and G-Suite. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships. Comfortable with occasional travel. US-based and authorized to work in the US.
