As a Support Engineer, you will be a critical member of the frontline support team, responsible for maintaining and monitoring data pipelines that power data science workflows while ensuring production schedules run smoothly. Your primary focus will be on resolving data-related technical issues promptly and efficiently, meeting agreed SLAs with end-users and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: monitoring and maintaining production data pipelines; proactively identifying and resolving potential production issues; communicating production delays or issues to relevant stakeholders and customers; maintaining accurate records of production activities, schedules, bugs, and project status; coordinating with Data, Data Engineering, and Product teams to ensure timely task completion; providing frontline technical support to end-users experiencing issues with the Fetcherr platform; troubleshooting problems and offering effective solutions to maintain optimal user experiences; and collaborating with R&D and product management teams to resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate has a strong data background with relevant data engineering experience. This is a shift-based role requiring 5 days per week across the entire week, including Saturday and Sunday, with weekday off-days when shifts fall on weekends. Shifts occur during day, evening, and night hours.
