Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Supply Planner to join the Battlespace Awareness Supply Chain team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role owns material-flow responsibility across the value chain—from raw materials through finished goods—for radar and sensor product lines transitioning from initial builds into sustained production.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory across multiple product lines; developing and managing material and production plans in collaboration with Purchasing to ensure component availability and align build schedules; providing visibility on part shortages and resolving supply issues cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing; translating the sales opportunity pipeline from Salesforce into demand forecasts; exporting and analyzing supply and material health data to inform decisions across the organization; providing component forecasts to the broader Supply Chain team; developing and maintaining processes and master data within the ERP/MRP system; managing consumables inventory; and coordinating with HQ Supply Chain to adopt best practices in demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science) or business field (supply chain, finance, economics, business administration); 1–2 years of supply chain, planning, or production experience (2–5 years total professional experience) in a fast-paced environment involving complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies; hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system such as NetSuite or Oracle; experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including data export and demand signal translation; knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes, supplier management, and minimum order quantities; experience supporting procurement of custom parts and components; comfort reading technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes; and adaptability, self-motivation, and resilience to change with strong cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include project management or cross-functional program experience, ideally supporting immature or fast-changing product lines.
