Hyperbolic Labs is building an Open-Access AI Cloud that democratizes access to GPU computing power through a global marketplace and inference service. The company aggregates computing resources worldwide to offer affordable, accessible AI infrastructure.
As Supply Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day operational relationship with Hyperbolic's growing GPU supplier network. This role bridges Supply, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure supplier agreements are executed accurately, invoices are reconciled correctly, and operational commitments are tracked and fulfilled.
Key responsibilities include:
**Contract & Commercial Operations**: Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, amendments, and renewals. Review executed terms against company standards, maintain a centralized source of truth for all agreements, and proactively flag upcoming renewals, payment deadlines, and contractual risks.
**Invoice & Payment Reconciliation**: Review supplier invoices against contracted rates, actual capacity delivered, uptime, and service credits. Investigate discrepancies in billing periods, GPU counts, hourly rates, and downtime. Identify and claim service credits owed under supplier SLAs. Partner with Finance and technical teams to validate invoice accuracy before payment approval.
**Supplier Relationship Management**: Own ongoing operational relationships with existing suppliers. Lead biweekly check-ins, track open issues (capacity, maintenance, billing, performance), and ensure internal and external alignment on deadlines. Build professional relationships across supplier operations, finance, sales, and technical teams. Escalate material risks appropriately.
**Systems & Operational Coordination**: Coordinate supplier onboarding, capacity handoffs, and testing windows. Partner with Engineering to track infrastructure performance and maintenance. Design repeatable workflows, templates, dashboards, and documentation that scale operations. Identify process gaps and implement improvements. Provide regular reporting on supplier health and contractual obligations.
You'll work in a fast-moving Series A environment where processes are still being developed. The structure you build will determine how efficiently the supplier network scales. This role requires exceptional attention to detail—small errors can have meaningful operational or financial consequences.
