Apple is seeking a dynamic Supply Demand Management Planner to join its India Operations team. This role serves as the critical liaison between Apple's global headquarters and India-based operations, working with OEM partners to develop and execute comprehensive demand and supply plans across 80+ countries for iPhone product lines. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as the demand and supply representative for India, bridging business strategy with operational supply chain management through forecast, inventory, and multi-channel sell-through analysis - Participating in global processes to define product launch strategies, including target setting and execution planning for new product introductions - Driving execution of weekly and quarterly supply plans aligned with Apple's financial objectives - Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks through contingency planning - Partnering with Apple Operations on OEM site strategy and factory capacity planning based on demand projections - Coordinating with material and procurement teams on constrained component allocation - Ensuring seamless execution from production through pick, pack, and ship to deliver exceptional customer experience - Leading supply chain work process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Loss Elimination Analysis) - Defining and measuring OEM KPIs (forecast accuracy, fulfillment rates) and driving continuous improvements - Utilizing data analysis tools and ERP systems to troubleshoot complex supply chain issues Required qualifications: 8-12 years in Sales & Operations with supply and demand planning experience; bachelor's degree from a reputed institution; strong understanding of supply chain practices, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen. Preferred: MBA, APICS certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, SAP expertise, advanced Excel and Tableau skills, and experience in matrixed organizations.
