Re:Build Manufacturing, through its Composite Resources division, is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead purchasing, supplier management, and material readiness activities at its Rock Hill, SC facility. This is a working supervisor role that balances hands-on execution with team leadership, supporting uninterrupted plant operations and on-time customer delivery for aerospace and defense clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily purchasing activities and purchase order management; supporting buyers on pull-ins, push-outs, cancellations, and shortage mitigation; intervening directly on critical shortages and high-risk materials; leading supplier issue resolution on delivery, quality, and capacity concerns; negotiating pricing, lead times, MOQs, and service level commitments; developing and maintaining Long-Term Agreements for program launches and sustained production; partnering with Engineering on cost reduction and alternative sourcing initiatives; directly supervising purchasing and supply chain personnel; coaching team capability in ERP utilization and procurement strategy; aligning material readiness with Production, Planning, Engineering, and Operations; and monitoring key metrics including material shortages, past-due POs, rush expenses, and supplier on-time delivery performance. Required qualifications: 5+ years of progressive purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in manufacturing; demonstrated supplier performance and material availability management; experience supporting new program launches or sustained production agreements; 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience; strong ERP systems experience (JobBOSS, Infor SyteLine, or equivalent); advanced Excel capability with Power BI preferred; and strong negotiation, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management skills.
