The Supply Chain Program Manager - Impact & Implementation leads cross-functional implementation of significant supply chain changes and initiatives across Infinitum's manufacturing and supplier network. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain, this role serves as an integrator across Planning, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Import/Export, Contract Manufacturing, and Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of major supply chain changes from approval through production cutover and stabilization
- Develop and maintain integrated implementation plans spanning all relevant functions and external partners
- Coordinate supply chain execution of engineering changes, BOM changes, new part numbers, supplier changes, and product redesigns
- Ensure disposition plans exist for impacted inventory, work-in-process, open purchase orders, and tooling before implementation
- Manage onboarding, qualification, and production readiness of new and alternate suppliers
- Establish and maintain a centralized Supply Chain Program and Change Portfolio with risk tracking and readiness status
- Lead structured program reviews, readiness assessments, and escalation processes
- Drive timely decisions across stakeholders without direct functional authority
- Establish go/no-go readiness criteria and conduct reviews covering engineering, quality, logistics, and manufacturing
- Maintain oversight through initial production and stabilization phases
- Partner with Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Finance to manage inventory, commitments, and supplier liability
- Develop and standardize supply chain change-management methods, templates, and stage gates
The role requires 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, materials management, sourcing, purchasing, NPI, or related manufacturing functions. Candidates should have demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs including supplier transitions, engineering changes, new products, or manufacturing changes. Strong understanding of manufacturing fundamentals (BOMs, MRP, materials planning, purchasing, inventory management) and program management (critical-path management, risk management, RACI, action tracking) is essential. The role demands proven ability to influence and drive accountability across functional teams without direct authority while managing multiple simultaneous programs. Approximately 15-25% travel required to Ramos Arizpe, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
